Delhi on High Alert Ahead of Cockroach Janta Party Protest

New Delhi. Security arrangements have been tightened across the capital Delhi in view of the demonstration organized today by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP). Police have deployed additional security personnel at the international Indira Gandhi (IGI) airport, border areas entering Delhi, major railway stations, interstate bus terminals, and checkpoints connecting to neighboring states.

According to the police, although no formal permission application has been received for the demonstration, security preparations have been intensified based on information received through social media. Extensive security arrangements have been made keeping in mind potential crowds and activities that could affect law and order.
