जनताको चाहना सम्बोधन गर्नेगरी बजेट ल्याइएको छ : सञ्चारमन्त्री तिमिल्सिना

काठमाडाैँ । सूचना तथा सञ्चारमन्त्री डा. विक्रम तिमिल्सिनाले निर्वाचनका क्रममा जनतासामु गरिएका प्रतिबद्धता कार्यान्वयन गर्न सरकार नतिजामुखी रूपमा दृढतापूर्वक काम गरिरहेको बताएका छन् ।

सत्तारुढ दल राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टी (रास्वपा) को प्रथम पालिका अधिवेशनका अवसरमा तादी गाउँपालिका–५ मा शनिबार आयोजित कार्यक्रममा बाेल्दै उनले आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८३/०८४ को बजेट सुशासन, समृद्धि र परिवर्तनको आकांक्षालाई सम्बोधन गर्नेगरी तयार गरिएको बताए ।

सञ्चारमन्त्री तिमिल्सिनाले बजेटले मुलुकको अर्थतन्त्रलाई आगामी दिनमा कुन दिशातर्फ अघि बढाउने भन्ने स्पष्ट मार्गचित्र प्रस्तुत गरेको उल्लेख गर्दै सरकारका प्राथमिकता, राजस्व नीति तथा दीर्घकालीन विकास दृष्टिकोणलाई समेटिएको बताए ।

नीतिगत सुधारमार्फत् विकास प्रक्रियालाई प्रभावकारी, सन्तुलित र समावेशी बनाउने प्रयास भइरहेको तथा समानुपातिक विकास सुनिश्चित गर्न सरकार प्रतिबद्ध रहेको उनको भनाइ थियो ।

उनले यसपटकको बजेट राष्ट्रिय आवश्यकतालाई केन्द्रमा राखेर विकासको स्पष्ट आधार तय गर्ने उद्देश्यसहित ल्याइएको दाबी गरे ।

विकास र समृद्धिको लाभ सीमित समूहमा केन्द्रित हुने अवस्थाको अन्त्य गरी सबै नागरिकलाई लाभ पुग्ने व्यवस्था गर्न सरकार प्रयासरत रहेको पनि उनले बताए ।

मन्त्री तिमिल्सिनाले बजेट वक्तव्यमा सबै विषय समेट्न सम्भव नहुने भएकाले विस्तृत योजना तथा कार्यक्रम रातो किताबमार्फत् सार्वजनिक गरिने जानकारी दिए ।

नुवाकोटका विभिन्न समस्या समाधानका लागि आफू सक्रिय रहने प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गर्दै स्थानीयवासीलाई आफ्ना गुनासा र समस्या सम्बन्धित निकायसम्म पुर्‍याउन आग्रह गरे ।

उनले वर्तमान बजेट सत्तारुढ दलले निर्वाचनका क्रममा गरेका प्रतिबद्धता कार्यान्वयन गर्ने उद्देश्यसहित ल्याइएको बताउँदै आगामी २० वर्षलाई लक्षित गरी योजनाबद्ध विकासको आधार तयार गरिएको उल्लेख गरे ।

कार्यक्रममा बोल्दै सञ्चारमन्त्री तिमिल्सिनाले भ्रष्टाचार, अनियमितता र बिचौलियातन्त्र अन्त्य गर्ने प्रतिबद्धतासहित सरकार अघि बढिरहेको बताए ।

राजनीति जनताका लागि हुने उल्लेख गर्दै उनले गलत काम गर्नेहरूलाई सरकारले नछोड्ने स्पष्ट पारे । विगतमा शासन व्यवस्था सीमित स्वार्थ समूहको प्रभावमा पर्दा युवामा असन्तुष्टि बढेको उल्लेख गर्दै नागरिक केन्द्रित शासन प्रणाली स्थापित गर्न सरकार लागिपरेको उनको भनाइ थियो ।

यसैबीच, रास्वपाको शिवपुरी गाउँपालिका अधिवेशनलाई सम्बोधन गर्दै सञ्चारमन्त्री तिमिल्सिनाले सरकारको मुख्य प्राथमिकता भ्रष्टाचार, अनियमितता र बिचौलियातन्त्रको अन्त्य रहेको दोहोर्‍याए । कर्मचारी संयन्त्रलाई राजनीतिक प्रभावबाट मुक्त गरी प्रभावकारी बनाउने दिशामा सरकार अघि बढिरहेको उनले बताए ।

Kathmandu. Minister for Information and Communications Dr. Bikram Timilsina has said that the government is working resolutely in a result-oriented manner to implement the commitments made to the people during the elections.

Speaking at a program organized at Tadi Rural Municipality-5 on Saturday on the occasion of the first municipal convention of the ruling party, the National Independent Party (NISP), he said that the budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2083/084 has been prepared to address the aspirations of good governance, prosperity, and change.

Minister of Communications Timilsina said that the budget presents a clear roadmap for the direction in which the country's economy will move in the coming days, and that it encompasses the government's priorities, revenue policy, and long-term development vision.

He said that efforts are being made to make the development process effective, balanced, and inclusive through policy reforms, and the government is committed to ensuring proportionate development.

He claimed that this year's budget was brought with the objective of setting a clear foundation for development by focusing on national needs.

He also said that the government is making efforts to ensure that the benefits of development and prosperity reach all citizens by ending the situation where the benefits are concentrated in a limited group.

Minister Timilsina informed that since it is not possible to cover all issues in the budget statement, detailed plans and programs will be made public through the Red Book.

Expressing his commitment to remain active in resolving various problems in Nuwakot, he urged the locals to take their complaints and problems to the concerned bodies.

He said that the current budget was brought with the aim of implementing the commitments made by the ruling party during the elections, and mentioned that the basis for planned development has been prepared targeting the next 20 years.

Speaking at the program, Minister of Communications Timilsina said that the government is moving forward with a commitment to end corruption, irregularities, and middlemen.

Stating that politics is for the people, he made it clear that the government will not spare those who do wrong. Stating that in the past, when the governance system was influenced by limited interest groups, dissatisfaction among the youth increased, he said that the government is working to establish a citizen-centered governance system.

Meanwhile, while addressing the Shivpuri Rural Municipality Convention of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Minister for Communications Timilsina reiterated that the government's main priority is to end corruption, irregularities and middlemen. He said that the government is moving towards making the personnel mechanism effective by freeing it from political influence.
