विपक्षी दलसँग सभामुखले भने- संवादका लागि पटक-पटक बोलाउँदा समय दिनुभएन

काठमाडौं । सभामुख डीपी अर्यालले सदनको समस्या समाधान गर्नको लागि आफूले विपक्षी दलका नेताहरूसँग संवाद गर्न खोज्दा समय नदिएको बताएका छन्। विपक्षीले प्रधानमन्त्री बालेन शाहको अभिव्यक्तिको विरोधमा सदन अवरोध जारी राखेपछि सभामुखले यस्तो बताएका हुन्।

उनले भने, ‘मैले माननीय सदस्यहरूलाई हिजो पनि पटक–पटक संवाद गर्नको लागि बोलाएको थिएँ,समय दिनुभएन। आज पनि कार्य व्यवस्था परामर्श समितिको बैठक बस्नको लागि माननीय सदस्यहरूलाई सूचना गरेको थिएँ, समय दिनुभएन।’

सभामुखले सदन सञ्चालन गर्नको लागि सबै दलका सदस्य, मुख्य सचेतक, सचेतक, दलका नेता, उपनेतासँग निरन्तर संवाद गर्न कोसिस गरेको बताए। उनले थपे, ‘जब नजरअन्दाज गर्नुहुन्छ, त्यसपछि सभामुखको प्रक्रिया रोकिँदैन।’

Kathmandu. Speaker DP Aryal has said that he did not give time to the opposition leaders to resolve the problems in the House when he tried to hold talks with them. The Speaker made this statement after the opposition continued to disrupt the House in protest against Prime Minister Balen Shah's statement.

He said, 'I had called the honorable members several times yesterday for dialogue, but they did not give time. Today too, I had informed the honorable members to hold a meeting of the Business Arrangements Advisory Committee, but they did not give time.'

The Speaker said that he has been trying to continuously communicate with all party members, chief whips, whips, party leaders, and deputy leaders to run the House. He added, "When you ignore, the Speaker's process does not stop."
