अमेरिकी डलरसहित चितवनका एक चिकित्सक पक्राउ

चितवन । गैरकानुनी तवरले अभौतिक मुद्रा (क्रिप्टोकरेन्सी)को सञ्चय तथा कारोबार एवं डिजिटल माध्यमबाट ठगी गरेको अभियोगमा प्रहरीले २९ वर्षका डा पप्पुकुमार यादवलाई ३० हजार अमेरिकी डलर र १७ थान मोबाइलसहित पक्राउ गरेको छ ।

जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय चितवनका अनुसार डा यादव भरतपुर महानगरपालिका–१० चित्रसेन टोलको एकघरको कोठा भाडामा लिएर बस्दै आएका छन् । धनुषाको हंशपुर नगरपालिका–४ का स्थायी बसोबासी डा यादवका बारेमा अनुसन्धान गर्दा उहाँ अवैध क्रिप्टोकरेन्सीको नेटवर्क चलाउँदै आएको बुझिएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।

अनुसन्धानका क्रममा निजको मोबाइल तथा अन्य विद्युतीय उपकरणका माध्यमबाट वाइनान्स र बाइविटजस्ता प्रतिबन्धित एप्लिकेसन प्रयोग गरी अभौतिक मुद्राको अवैध सञ्चय तथा कारोबार गरिरहेको फेलापरेको छ ।

भरतपुरको एक अस्पतालमा कार्यरत डाक्टर यादवले हालसम्म के–कति व्यक्तिबाट कति ठगी गरे भन्नेबारेमा स्रोत खुल्दै गएको सूचना अधिकारी प्रहरी नायब उपरीक्षक चन्द्रभुषण यादवले जानकारी दिए।

Chitwan. Police have arrested 29-year-old Dr. Pappu Kumar Yadav with 30,000 US dollars and 17 mobile phones on charges of illegally storing and trading cryptocurrency and committing fraud through digital means.

According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, Dr. Yadav has been living on rent in a house in Chitrasen Tole, Bharatpur Metropolitan City-10. During investigation into Dr. Yadav, a permanent resident of Hanshpur Municipality-4, Dhanusha, the police said that it was found that he was running an illegal cryptocurrency network.

During the investigation, it was found that he was illegally storing and trading fiat currency using banned applications such as Winance and Bybit through his mobile phone and other electronic devices.

Information Officer Deputy Superintendent of Police Chandra Bhushan Yadav informed that sources are emerging regarding how many people Dr. Yadav, who works at a hospital in Bharatpur, has cheated so far.
