प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई रास्वपा सांसदको आग्रह- सत्तापक्षको मन राखिदिन भएपनि विपक्षीले उठाएको प्रश्नको जवाफ दिनुस्

काठमाडौं । रास्वपाकी सांसद आशिका तामाङले सदनमा उपस्थित भएर विपक्षीले उठाएको प्रश्नको जवाफ दिन प्रधानमन्त्री बालेन शाहलाई आग्रह गरेकी छन्। सत्तापक्षको मन राखिदिन भएपनि प्रधानमन्त्री सदनमा आउनुपर्ने उनको भनाइ छ।

उनले भनेकी छन्, ‘विपक्ष सधैँ सही हुन्छ नै भन्ने पनि हुँदैन र सधैँ गलत नै हुन्छन् भन्ने पनि हुँदैन तर जब राष्ट्रियता कुरा आउँछ हामीले यो सत्ता पक्ष र विपक्ष भनेर विभेद गर्नु कदापि हुँदैन, हामी एक जुट हुनु पर्दछ ! आजसम्म तीन दिन भो सदन चलेको छैन, संसद्को काम हाजिर गर्नु र भत्ता पचाउनु मात्र पक्कै होइन होला।’

सदनमा बजेटमाथि छलफल गर्नुपर्ने भन्दै अवरुद्ध भइरहँदा घाटा कसलाई त? भन्दै प्रश्न गरेकी छन्।

उनले थपेकी छन्, ‘जब देश विकासको मेरुदण्ड बजेटमा हामी बहस गर्न असमर्थ छौँ भने देशले कसरी पाउँछ निकास र विकास ? मेरो गोरुको बाह्रै टक्का हामी नयाँ भन्नेमा पनि भयो भने, ७३ जना सहिद जेनजी भाइबहिनी को आत्माले के सोच्लान्?’

उनले हरेक दिन सभामुखको मुख सानो न्याउरो हुँदै गएको राम्रो नहुने बताइन्।

उनले भनेकी छन्, ‘उहाँले आफूले चाहेर पनि आफ्नो कार्य सभा सञ्चालन गर्न पाउनुभएको छैन, त्यसैले म प्रधानमन्त्रीज्यूसँग के अपिल गर्छु भने तपाई हाम्रो अभिभावक हो हामी सबै तपाईँको सन्तान हौँ, अब तपाईले नै हामी लाई वास्ता नगर्ने हो भने हामी टुहुरा हुनेछौँ, त्यसैले कृपया सदनमा आइदिनु भई प्रतिपक्ष दलका सवालजवाफ दिनुहोला र हामी सत्तापक्षको मन राखिदिनुहोला।’

Kathmandu. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) MP Ashika Tamang has urged Prime Minister Balen Shah to appear in the House and answer the questions raised by the opposition. She says that the Prime Minister should come to the House even if it is to appease the ruling party.

She said, 'It is not that the opposition is always right and it is not that they are always wrong, but when it comes to nationality, we should never discriminate between the ruling party and the opposition, we should be united! The House has not functioned for three days now, the work of Parliament is definitely not just about attending and collecting allowances.'

She asked, "Who is responsible for the loss when the House is being blocked because the budget needs to be discussed?"

She added, "When we are unable to debate the budget, the backbone of the country's development, how will the country find a way out and develop? If even twelve percent of my cattle are in the hands of those who say 'we are new', what will the souls of the 73 martyred Genji brothers and sisters think?"

She said that it is not good that the Speaker's face is getting smaller and smaller every day.

She said, 'He has not been able to conduct his working meeting even if he wanted to, so my appeal to the Prime Minister is that you are our guardian, we are all your children, if you do not care about us now, we will become orphans, so please come to the House and answer the questions of the opposition party and please keep the mind of the ruling party.'
