Communist Party MP Bishnu Bahadur Bishwakarma Demands PM Balendra Shah's Resignation

Kathmandu. Nepali Communist Party MP Bishnu Bahadur Bishwakarma has demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Balendra Shah. Speaking during a special time in the National Assembly meeting on Wednesday, he accused Prime Minister Shah of treason and demanded his immediate resignation from the post.

MP Bishwakarma accused the Prime Minister of giving fabricated, baseless, and dramatic statements in response to questions asked by MPs in the House of Representatives. He strongly objected to the Prime Minister's statement, 'Nepal has encroached upon India's land,' claiming it had no factual basis. He asserted that the Prime Minister's statement has severely damaged Nepal's territorial integrity and sovereignty, and that this statement is secessionist and surrenderist.
