Special Court Disposes 59.38% of Cases in FY 2082/83

Kathmandu. The Special Court Kathmandu has disposed of 59.38 percent, i.e., 155 cases in the fiscal year 2082/83. Out of 261 cases in that court, 106 cases are yet to be disposed of.

Although the court had set a target of disposing of 83.78 percent of cases in that fiscal year, it has stated that achieving the target was difficult due to the situation created by the protest on Bhadra 24 and the transfer of judges.
