अमेरिकी सेनाले दुई इरानी ड्रोन खसालेको दाबी

काठमाडौं। अमेरिकी सेन्ट्रल कमाण्ड (सेन्टकम)ले मध्य–पूर्वमा तैनाथ अमेरिकी सुरक्षा बलहरूले आइतबार दुई इरानी ड्रोन खसालेको दाबी गरेको छ।

सेन्टकमले एक्समा लेखेको छ, “आज, मध्य–पूर्वमा तैनाथ अमेरिकी बलहरूले इरानका दुई एकतर्फी आक्रमण गर्ने ड्रोन खसाले। यी ड्रोनहरू होर्मुज स्ट्रेटमा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय समुद्री यातायातका लागि खतरा बनिरहेका थिए।”

अमेरिका र इरानबीच युद्धविराम लागू छ। दुवै देशका सेनाहरूले एक–अर्कामाथि युद्धविराम उल्लङ्घनको आरोप लगाइरहेका छन्।

यसअघि शनिबार बहराइन र कुवेतमा इरानतर्फबाट आक्रमण भएको खबर आएको थियो।

इरानले यी आक्रमणहरू अमेरिकी रडार केन्द्रहरूमा भएको आक्रमणको जवाफमा गरिएको बताएको छ।

Kathmandu. US Central Command (CENTCOM) has claimed that US security forces deployed in the Middle East shot down two Iranian drones on Sunday.

“Today, U.S. forces deployed to the Middle East shot down two Iranian unilateral attack drones. These drones were posing a threat to international maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz,” Centcom wrote in an email.

A ceasefire is in place between the US and Iran. The militaries of both countries are accusing each other of violating the ceasefire.

Earlier on Saturday, there were reports of attacks from Iran in Bahrain and Kuwait.

Iran said the attacks were in response to attacks on US radar centers.
