Medical Colleges with 100+ Beds Can Now Operate PCL Nursing Programs

Kathmandu. The path for medical colleges with a capacity of 100 beds or more to operate PCL nursing programs is now coming into implementation.

The Supreme Court's Decision Implementation Directorate has instructed the National Medical Education Commission and the Ministry of Education and Sports to implement the order of the High Court Patan, opening the way for medical colleges with a capacity of 100 beds or more to operate PCL nursing programs. Former member of the commission, Dr. Padam Bahadur Khadka, informed that the path has been cleared for an additional 2,000 students to study PCL nursing.
