A Star Nepal Basketball League Quarter Finals to kick off in the UK next week

London – The quarter final games of the fifth A Star Nepal Basketball League 2026 are to kick off on 14th June, the organisers said.
A total of 11 men’s teams and 2 women’s teams competed in the League being hosted by Nepal
Basketball League UK in collaboration with Women Ballers Club.
On Sunday, 14th June, a total of 8 teams are competing in the Quarters finals at Springwest
Academy, Feltham between 12 pm to 8 pm, said Sarthak Gurung, League Coordinator.
Similarly, four teams will be competing at the semifinals of the same venue. Final games will
take place on Sunday, 4th July at the Brunel University Sports Center, London, between 10 am to 6 pm.
The league standings have now been finalised, with Sandhurst Knicks securing the top position after an impressive campaign. Greenford Knights finished second, while DBS claimed third
place and Hampshire Hoopers rounded out the top four in fourth position.
Joining the top four in the quarter-finals are Colchester Elite, Ballers Slammers, Greenford Rovers, and Northolt Flamers, completing the eight-team knockout lineup.
Ayush Singh emerged as the league’s top scorer, averaging an impressive 29.4 points per game (PPG). Calvin Chi finished as the second-highest scorer with an average of 27.0 PPG, while Sudan Gurung secured third place with 26.8 PPG.
In the three-point shooting category, Ali Adnan led the league with 43 made three-pointers.
Prashan Rai ranked second with 32 successful three-pointers, while Lomus Gurung finished third with 28 made three-pointers.

The fifth A Star Nepal Basketball League 2026 commenced on 15 March 2026 and successfully concluded its league stage after weeks of competitive action. The tournament showcased a high standard of basketball and strong participation from all teams.
Following the completion of the league fixtures, attention now turns to the knockout stage, where the remaining teams will compete for a place in the championship finals.
