६२ जिल्लामा ‘सरकारी कुरियर’ सेवा- एनटीसीको सिमदेखि स्वास्थ्य सामग्रीसम्म घरघरमा पुर्‍याइने

काठमाडौं । सरकारले आम नागरिकलाई झन्झटिलो सरकारी प्रक्रियाबाट मुक्ति दिँदै अत्यावश्यक सेवाहरू सिधै घरदैलोमा पुर्‍याउने काम सुरु गरेको छ ।

हुलाक सेवा विभागले सार्वजनिक गरेको पछिल्लो विवरण अनुसार देशका ६२ जिल्लामा सरकारी कुरियर मार्फत सेवा विस्तार भइसकेको छ । अब यी ६२ जिल्लाका नागरिकले नेपाल टेलिकमको सिम कार्डदेखि लिएर औषधी तथा स्वास्थ्य सामग्रीहरू समेत आफ्नै घर आँगनमा प्राप्त गर्ने भएका छन् ।

स्वास्थ्य बिमा बोर्ड र हुलाक सेवा विभागबीच भएको सम्झौता बमोजिम ६२ वटै जिल्लामा स्वास्थ्य सामग्री ढुवानीको काम जेठ १९ गतेदेखि नै सुरु भइसकेको छ । यसका साथै नागरिकलाई घरमै बसेर प्रविधि र सञ्चारको पहुँच पुर्‍याउन नेपाल टेलिकमको सिम कार्ड घरदैलोमै वितरण गर्ने योजना सहित हुलाक र टेलिकमका उच्च अधिकारीबीच चौथो चरणको निर्णायक छलफल समेत सम्पन्न भइसकेको छ ।

६२ जिल्लाका नागरिकलाई छिटो र छरितो रूपमा राहदानी (पासपोर्ट) उपलब्ध गराउन विभागले राहदानी विभागलाई पूरक सम्झौताको मस्यौदा समेत पठाइसकेको छ ।

प्रधानमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रिपरिषद्को कार्यालयसँगको समन्वयमा हुलाकको आधुनिकीकरण गर्ने र विश्व हुलाक संघको निर्देशिका अनुसार अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय स्तरको पार्सल सेवालाई अद्यावधिक गर्ने काम समेत दोस्रो चरणमा पुगेको छ ।

सरकारले हुलाक सेवालाई घरेलु र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय स्तरमा पूर्ण रूपमा डिजिटल र अन–डिमान्ड डेलिभरी मोडलमा ढालेपछि अब ६२ जिल्लाका सर्वसाधारणले सरकारी सेवा लिन धाउनुपर्ने बाध्यता हट्दै गएको छ ।

Kathmandu. The government has started the work of delivering essential services directly to the doorsteps of the common citizens, freeing them from cumbersome government procedures.

According to the latest details released by the Department of Postal Services, government courier services have been expanded to 62 districts of the country. Now, citizens of these 62 districts will be able to receive everything from Nepal Telecom SIM cards to medicines and health supplies at their doorsteps.

As per the agreement between the Health Insurance Board and the Department of Postal Services, the work of transporting health supplies to all 62 districts has started since Jestha 19. In addition, the fourth round of decisive discussions between senior officials of the Post and Telecom, including a plan to distribute Nepal Telecom SIM cards at doorsteps to provide citizens with access to technology and communication while staying at home, has also been completed.

The department has also sent a draft supplementary agreement to the Passport Department to provide passports to citizens of 62 districts in a fast and efficient manner.

The work of modernizing the post office in coordination with the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers and updating the international standard parcel service in accordance with the guidelines of the Universal Postal Union has also reached the second phase.

After the government transformed the postal service into a fully digital and on-demand delivery model, both domestically and internationally, the public in 62 districts is no longer forced to travel to receive government services.
