NASA Satellite Data Suggests Over 58,000 Buildings Damaged in Venezuela Earthquakes

Kathmandu. According to preliminary assessment of satellite data published by the US space agency NASA, more than 58,000 buildings have been damaged due to two powerful earthquakes that occurred in Venezuela last week.

It is reported that 1,700 people have been confirmed dead and thousands are still missing in the 7.2 and 7.5 magnitude earthquakes in Venezuela last week.
