Government Invites Applications for CEO Position at Food Management and Trade Company Limited

Kathmandu. The government has invited applications for the vacant Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position at the Food Management and Trade Company Limited. The recommendation committee under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies has sought applications from eligible Nepali citizens for the post through open competitive examination.

According to the notice published by the ministry, eligible candidates can apply at the Government Industry and Institute Branch of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies located at Singh Durbar within 21 days from the date of publication of the notice (2083-02-29).

To apply for this post, the candidate must have completed 35 years of age and not exceeded 65 years. In terms of educational qualification, the provision is to have at least a postgraduate degree from a recognized university in administration, management, economics, engineering, or law. Additionally, there must be at least 5 years of work experience in a managerial responsibility of any organization or body.

Along with the application, the applicant must submit a business action plan of not more than 5,000 words for the operation of the Food Management and Trade Company Limited.

The action plan must be typed in Nepali or English language. Candidates shortlisted will have to participate in the presentation and interview of their action plan, as mentioned in the notice.
