रास्वपा सांसद पराजुलीको माग- सुकुटे, खाडीचौर क्षेत्रमा डोजर आतंक बन्द गरियोस्

काठमाडाैं । रास्वपाका सांसद भरत पराजुलीले अरनिको राजमार्ग निर्माणका क्रममा सडक र नाला निर्माण भएको भाग बाहेक बाँकी जग्गाको लगत अझैसम्म कट्टा नगरिएको बताएका छन्।

प्रतिनिधि सभाको बैठकमा बोल्दै सडक सीमाका दायाँ–बायाँका जमिनको स्वामित्व नागरिककै नाममा आजसम्म पनि सुरक्षित रहेको र भूमिकर तिरिरहेको बताए।

उनले भने, ‘राजमार्गको दोलालघाट, सुकुटे, बलेफी, अँधेरी, खाडीचौर, लामोसाँघु, बाह्रबिसे र तातोपानी क्षेत्रमा राजमार्ग निर्माणसँगै बजार विकास भई आर्थिक कारोबारका केन्द्रका रूपमा यी क्षेत्रले जनताहरूलाई सेवा दिइरहेका छन्। बजारका अधिकांश घरहरू पुस्तान्तरण भएर स्वामित्व हस्तान्तरण भएका हुन्। अझै अतिक्रमण भएका होइनन्।’

हाल स्थानीय तहले संघीय सरकारको निर्देशन भनेर डोजर आतंक सिर्जना गरी नागरिकलाई त्रसित बनाएको बताए।

उनले भने, ‘यसखालको स्थानीय सरकारको निर्णयबाट नागरिकको संविधान प्रदत्त सम्पत्तिसम्बन्धी हकको हनन् हुने अवस्था आएको छ। रणनीतिक राजमार्ग भएकोले यसको विस्तार र स्तरोन्नति हुनुपर्छ। यसमा नागरिकहरूको पूर्ण सहयोग रहन्छ।’

Kathmandu. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) MP Bharat Parajuli has said that the land register for the construction of the Araniko Highway, except for the part where the road and drain were constructed, has not yet been deeded.

Speaking at a meeting of the House of Representatives, he said that the ownership of the land on the right and left sides of the road border is still secure in the name of the citizens and that land tax is being paid.

He said, "With the construction of the highway in the Dolalghat, Sukute, Balefi, Andheri, Khadichaur, Lamosanghu, Bahrabise and Tatopani areas, markets have developed and these areas are serving the people as centers of economic transactions. Most of the houses in the market have been handed down through generations. There have been no encroachments yet."

Currently, the local level is creating a dozer panic by claiming that it is the directive of the federal government and has terrified the citizens.

He said, "Such a decision by the local government has led to a situation where the constitutionally guaranteed property rights of citizens are being violated. Since it is a strategic highway, it should be expanded and upgraded. This requires the full support of the citizens."
