Chakrapath Road Section Completed and Beautified

Kathmandu. The road section from Narayanagopal Chowk to Chappal Karkhana on the Kathmandu Ring Road currently looks neat and organized. Following the completion of the expansion work on this 700-meter-long road section, lane marking, zebra crossing, and road demarcation have also been finished. The smooth blacktopped road, organized lanes, and clean structures have made this section attractive.

This section was constructed with the allocated budget under the plan to expand the road from Maharajgunj to Dhobikhola (Gopi Krishna). As China will only construct the road from Kalanki to Basundhara in the second phase of Ring Road expansion, the Nepal government expanded the Narayanagopal Chowk–Chappal Karkhana section in between with its own investment.
