President Urges Government to Expedite Flood Relief and Reconstruction

Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Paudel has drawn the government's attention to expedite immediate management of Bhote Koshi flood victims, reconstruction and rehabilitation including road and transportation operations. He suggested that considering the geographical difficulties, if our capacity is insufficient to operate road transport, international community's assistance should also be sought for infrastructure development including large bailey bridges.

He also suggested that the Prime Minister should raise voice in the international community to receive compensation for the damage Nepal has suffered due to climate change.
