Government Approves Prime Minister Balen Shah's UN General Assembly Delegation

Kathmandu. The government has approved the visit of the Nepali delegation to participate in the United Nations General Assembly under the leadership of Prime Minister Balen Shah. Education Minister Sasmita Pokharel provided this information while making public the decisions of the Council of Ministers meeting held on Thursday.

Informing about the cabinet's decision, Minister Pokharel said, 'To participate in the 81st General Assembly of the United Nations from Asauj 6 to 10,' he added, 'the visit of the Nepali delegation led by Prime Minister Balen Shah has been approved.' Similarly, the government has also decided to form a Nepali negotiation team to participate in the Nepal-India Inter-Governmental Subcommittee (IGSC) meeting to be held in New Delhi, India.
