Speaking in a special time during the National Assembly meeting on Thursday, Karna urged the Prime Minister to move forward unitedly, stating that climate justice is not Nepal's private issue but a matter of national concern.
MP Karna said that Nepal, which contributes negligibly to the world's temperature rise, is paying a high price for the effects of climate change. 'There is a Nepali proverb – poison not eaten does not harm.
