High-level committee formed to make ‘Law Reform Year’ successful

Kathmandu, July 23: The Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has formed a high-level committee to make successful the campaign of ‘year of law making and reform’.

Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, had announced the fiscal year 2083/84 as the ‘year of law making and reform’. The committee to be chaired by the Minister Gautam herself will review the existing laws and make recommendations for repealing unnecessary laws and ensuring amendments in line with the constitution.
