CPN (Maoist) General Secretary Biplav Comments on Government's Days Being Numbered

Kathmandu. General Secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplav' has commented that the current government's days are numbered. Speaking at a press conference organized in Kathmandu on Wednesday, General Secretary Chand claimed that the government's tenure could be shortened due to intense public dissatisfaction with its style of functioning.

Stating that even proponents of change and progressive forces view the current situation with disappointment, he said that the people are feeling greatly betrayed. He added that public expectations from Prime Minister Balendra Shah's leadership are also increasingly becoming problematic.
