Rotary Club of Kathmandu Launches Tree Planting Campaign in Nagidanda

Kathmandu. With the slogan 'Planting Today For A Greener Tomorrow' or 'Planting Trees Today For A Green Future', Rotary Club of Kathmandu has started a plantation campaign of organic crops and fruit saplings in Nagidanda, Banepa, Kavre.

With the support of Arunya Nature Resort, the club has stated that it will plant 20,000 saplings within the next 3 months as part of the campaign that started today. To inaugurate the campaign, Rotary International District 3292 Governor Bishnu Bahadur Karki, District Secretary Gautam Shrestha, Miss Nepal 2026 Deepmala Dhakal, who is also the Brand Ambassador of Rotary International 3292, and Miss Earth 2025 Soni Ghale also reached Nagidanda on Sunday.
