Rastriya Swatantra Party MP Criticizes Old Party Leaders for Corruption, Opposition MPs Raise Objections

Kathmandu. After Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) MP Harimohan Bhandari commented in the House of Representatives meeting that the leaders of the old parties have 'stunk from corruption', two opposition MPs raised a point of order. The point of order was immediately raised by Shram Sanskriti Party MP Harkaraj Rai and Nepali Communist Party MP Parvati Bik regarding MP Bhandari's statement.
In the special time of Tuesday's House of Representatives meeting, MP Bhandari had accused the leaders of the old parties of not being able to do anything for the country for 35 years and that they had stunk from corruption. He had also warned those involved in corruption not to speak, stating that they have no moral standing to criticize the current government and the RSP.
