Kathmandu. The national gathering of the Nepali Congress (former President Sher Bahadur Deuba and Dr. Shekhar Koirala faction) has started in the capital.
The national gathering has started at Miracle Party Palace located in Sukedhara. Former party president Sher Bahadur Deuba is preparing to address the gathering.
