NCP secretariat meeting postponed for September 3

Kathmandu, Aug 28 (RSS): The Secretariat meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed till September 3, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s press advisor, Surya Thapa, said.

According to him, the meeting has been postponed due to the risk of COVID-19. Prime Minister and party chairman Oli and party another chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ had earlier agreed to call the Secretariat meeting after a taskforce the party had formed to resolve the dispute in the party submitted its report.
