India-China Border Talks Conclude in Beijing with Eight-Point Agreement

Kathmandu. The 25th round of special representative-level talks between India and China on the border issue has concluded in Beijing. In the meeting held between Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Director of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission, and India's National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, both sides have reached an eight-point agreement on the border issue.

Although discussions and agreements were held regarding the border, Lipulekh has not been mentioned anywhere in this time's agreement. Otherwise, the issue of Lipulekh used to be mentioned in every border-related discussion between India and China. Earlier, when Ajit Doval himself went to China, an agreement was reached on the issue of Lipulekh.
