Army Installs Acro Bridge in Devighat After Flood Damage

The Nepali Army has completed the installation of an Acrow bridge to facilitate traffic in the Devighat area of Nuwakot after a devastating flood in the Bhote Koshi of Rasuwa washed away a concrete bridge. The bridge installation work, which the army team started 5 days ago with continuous effort, was completed just a while ago, the Prime Minister's Office informed. The Prime Minister's Office informed through the social media Facebook on Wednesday night that traffic operations in the area have become easier due to the army's efforts. With the installation of the new bridge, pedestrian movement will be opened from tomorrow, and small and large vehicles will also be operational from Friday. Earlier, the flood in the Bhote Koshi had completely cut off the traffic connection of Nuwakot and surrounding areas after washing away the concrete bridge there. The local residents, traders, and passengers have received great relief after the Nepali Army installed an alternative bridge in a short period of time.
