Chinese President Xi Jinping to Attend 18th BRICS Summit in India

Kathmandu. Chinese President Xi Jinping will participate in the 18th BRICS Summit to be held in India's New Delhi on Saturday and Sunday. Xi is going to visit India at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The spokesperson of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced Xi's visit to India on Thursday. This visit will be Xi's first visit to India in seven years. Indian media have published this with special importance immediately after the announcement.
