Finland to join France's forward nuclear deterrent: joint statement

PARIS, Sept 14: Finland has decided to join France's forward nuclear deterrence initiative, extending the measure to a country sharing a 1,340-kilometre-long border with Russia, the two countries said in a joint statement on Monday.
