TSMC Announces Additional $100 Billion Investment in Arizona for Chip Production Expansion

Arizona. Taiwan's world-famous chip manufacturing company TSMC has announced an additional investment of 100 billion rupees to expand production in the US state of Arizona. According to the US Department of Commerce, this investment will create tens of thousands of new jobs and further strengthen advanced chip production in the United States.

TSMC's Chief Executive Officer C.C. Wei said that with the new investment, there is a possibility of constructing four new chip production centers in Arizona. With this, the company's total investment commitment in the United States has reached 265 billion dollars.
