काठमाडौं । अमेरिकाले भारतलाई रुसबाट हतियार खरिद नगर्न फेरि चेतावनी दिएको छ । भारतले रुसबाट सबैभन्दा धेरै हतियार खरिद गर्छ, जुन अमेरिकालाई कहिल्यै मन परेको छैन ।
