Peer Pressure

We all want to fit in. Whether it is at our workplace, college, or school, the desire to be accepted by other people always exists in us. The direct or indirect influence from people in your social group is called peer pressure. Peer pressure can be positive or negative. In most cases, peer pressure leads to a positive outcome, but there are many cases where peer pressure can influence people to engage in situations that invite negative outcomes.
