57 Gamblers Apprehended in Chitwan, NPR 838,645 Seized

Chitwan. 57 gamblers have been taken under control from various places in the district. They have been taken under control since the beginning of the current financial year.

NPR 838,645 in cash has also been recovered from them. Information Officer of the District Police Office, Deputy Superintendent of Police Chandrabushan Yadav, informed that they were arrested from five different places in the district. Investigation is underway for action against all those arrested under the offense of gambling. He said that some cases have already been sent to the District Administration Office after completing the investigation.
