Absconder Biraj Singh Lavat Arrested in Kathmandu

Kathmandu. Absconder defendant Biraj Singh Lavat (Khatri) in the kidnapping and hostage case has been arrested.

Lavat, 43, a resident of Tarkeshwor Municipality-1, Kathmandu, was taken into custody near the Central Jail in Sundhara, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-11.
