Govt's 5-year strategy for chhurpi production

Kathmandu, Aug. 11: Responding to the steady growth in demand and exports of dog chew or chhurpi (traditional hard cheese) in the international market, the government has prepared a five-year strategy to make Nepal a centre for chhurpi production and export.
