Yogesh Bhattarai Suspects Conspiracy to Declare Nepal a Failed State

Kathmandu. CPN-UML Deputy General Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai has expressed suspicion that there is a conspiracy to weaken the major bodies of the state and declare Nepal a failed nation.

Making his views public through the social media Facebook, Deputy General Secretary Bhattarai drew attention to the anarchy seen in various sectors including parliament, judiciary, security agencies, press, and economy.
