India's Dr. Balraj Bhanot Advises Nepal on Battery Management and Ethanol Blending

Kathmandu. India's Center Motor Vehicle Rules Technical Standing Committee Chairman Dr. Balraj Bhanot has stated that as the use of electric vehicles is rapidly increasing in Nepal, a clear policy for battery management should be made from now on.

Speaking at the 'Battery Recycle and Ethanol Blending in Fuel' dialogue program organized by the Nepal Automobiles Importers and Manufacturers Association (NIIMA) on Friday, he said that legal provisions should be made for the collection and reuse of old batteries.
