Earthquake in Indonesia: Death toll rises to 51, 5,000 displaced

At least 51 people have been killed and around 5,000 displaced after a powerful earthquake struck eastern Indonesia on Saturday. According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), a magnitude 7.7 earthquake struck at 5:58 am local time on Saturday. Its epicentre was about 68 kilometres north-northwest of Ende, a city on Flores Island in East Nusa Tenggara province. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometres.
